Mousegun is coming to the Playdate!
We’re approaching the end of August—and the end of development on Mousegun for the Playdate.
In the summer of 2023, Isaac visited South Korea and played Total Battery’s IFO on the Playdate. Once back in the States, he ordered one—and waited, and waited. When it finally arrived a few months later, work on Mousegun began.
Mousegun is not a port of the Steam version, but a complete remake. Due to the hardware limitations of the Playdate, coding hasn’t been easy. The 1-bit art graphics, however, have been a joy to bring to life.
We’re aiming to release this fall. 🙂 In the meantime, here are some gameplay GIFs!
